Coaching is an exciting, powerful and transformative journey that my clients and  I travel together.

Each client is entirely unique. That means your individual coaching experience with me is equally unique. In other words, it is not a cookie-cutter experience. The focus is always in empowering you to come to your own understanding of yourself, your life, your desires and dreams.

I have never been much of a conformist. Coaching with me isn't buttoned up, full of rigid expectations or preconceived solutions. I am not here to change you, but rather to be your guide, gently holding the space for you on your journey of exploration, discovery, illuminations and transformation.

My own inner journey, many years of experience as a counselor, coach, along with the influences of Speaking Circles©, Relational Presence, Story and Listening Circles all give my coaching a unique twist.

In our work together, we will identify the negative stories you have been telling yourself, and the protections you have built up over the years - perhaps for most of your life - that have been keeping you silenced and hidden from yourself and also from others. We'll forge a path to break you out of your safe, familiar cocoon to courageously step into a new, loving relationship with yourself and your life. And from there real meaningful connections with others in all areas of your life.
