Do you ever think about how truly in touch with yourself you are?
Being truly in touch with yourself is one of the most powerful things you can do!
So, what do I mean by being truly in touch with yourself?
For me, it is to be deeply connected with your inner self and voice.
It is to live a life that truly resonates with who you are at your core.
Throughout life, you are constantly bombarded with messages about who you should be, what you should do, and how you should look. It's all too easy to get caught up in the expectations of other.
I know. I've been there all too often!!
But here's what I have discovered: the key to true happiness and fulfillment lies in discovering and staying true to yourself. You may need to remind yourself of this many times!!
Being in touch with yourself is your greatest power!
When you are in touch with yourself you are able to navigate your life with confidence, clarity and a deep sense of purpose.
Being in touch with yourself, or put another way, connected to yourself, means peeling away the layers of societal conditioning, societal expectations, and external influences to uncover the unique and extraordinary being that you are.
When you are really connected to yourself your decisions become crystal clear because you are guided by your inner compass, not swayed by external noise.
You will also find that you no longer need to seek validation from others because you know your worth and value yourself unconditionally.
It's owning your strengths and weaknesses and using them to carve your path.
You become comfortable setting healthy boundaries and saying ‘no’ when somethings doesn't align with your values or serves your well-being.
It's practicing self-compassion.
You unapologetically embrace your imperfections - and give yourself permission to grown and evolve.
You radiate authenticity and magnetize people who appreciate you for who you truly are!
This is a journey to self-discovery and self-connection. It is a process that takes time and can be bumpy and messy along the way.
Taking this journey requires courage, vulnerability, and a willingness to peel back the layers of conditioning that have built up over the years.
It involves facing your fears, questioning your beliefs.
It's daring to dream big!!
When you are truly in touch with yourself you will feel a sense of freedom and inner peace.
